How refunds work for imya.ai subscriptions and credit packs

We want every customer to get genuine value from imya.ai. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and our limitations. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you agree to the terms below.
You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment if both of these conditions are met:

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
Credit packs follow the same rule: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used 10% or less of the credits in that pack. After that, packs are non-refundable because credits remain available in your account.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK regulations, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. When you check out, you explicitly agree to the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy and request that service begin immediately. By completing the purchase you accept the standard refund terms above instead of the 14-day window.

We aim to reply within 12 hours. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you have a payment concern, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of imya.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
