These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
If you create a public result link, you direct Imya to make the final result available through that link for the limited sharing period. You must own the content or have all permissions required from people depicted in it. Do not publicly share unlawful, infringing, deceptive, non-consensual intimate, or unauthorized impersonation content. You can revoke the link or delete the supported result through the available product controls.
Current eligibility, reward amounts, expiry dates, and limits are shown in the product when you create a share link. A share action by itself does not earn credits. Unless the product states otherwise, the referrer earns the displayed reward only after an eligible new user follows the link, creates and verifies an account, and completes their first successful generation within the attribution period.
Referral credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and may expire. Self-referrals, duplicate or coordinated accounts, automated traffic, misleading promotion, and attempts to manipulate attribution or reward limits are prohibited. Imya may withhold or reverse rewards reasonably linked to error, fraud, abuse, refunds, or a violation of these Terms.

All paid plans and credit packs are billed in US dollars through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in account settings. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — in summary, first subscription payments may be refunded within 3 days if 10% or fewer credits have been used, and credit packs are non-refundable. EU and UK customers waive their 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout in order to begin service immediately.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
